Custom AI Writing Standards

Custom instructions can now be set at the agency, user, and individual claim level, and are applied together (with claim-level instructions taking precedence) across the analysis, grouping, and writing stages of the pipeline, subject to a shared 500-word limit. This allows an agency to encode its own house style, terminology, or CRA-specific drafting conventions once and have it consistently applied across every claim it produces.

How to use

1. For agency-wide defaults, go to Settings → Agency and edit Custom Instructions for analysis, grouping, and writing.
2. For your personal defaults, go to Settings → Personal and fill in the same instruction fields (max 500 words shared across stages).
3. For a single claim, open the claim’s details/settings and add claim-level instructions when that engagement needs different guidance.
4. Save, then run or re-run the relevant pipeline stage (Analyze Again, Group Again, or Write Submission Again).
5. Claim instructions override yours; yours override agency defaults.
